This is the best Chinese food in the Lansdale area that we've had since living in Lansdale (3+ years). We've tried 3 places much closer to us, but we'll gladly drive the 10+ minutes to get to Golden Chopsticks, because we know we won't be disappointed.
Just don't count on delivery. We've placed orders online and asked for delivery, and every single time they call us within a couple minutes to say they don't have an available driver. So, we've just stopped trying. -

Wow this place has gone downhill.
I thought then the owner kicked her husband out of the kitchen, the food would improve and it did for about 6 months.
The last few times I bought take-out, the food has been just ok. However, on Sunday when I bought dinner...a treat for the kids, the was long black Asian hair in my hot and sour soup...so gross.
The General Tso chicken was all breading, no chicken. They rest of the dishes were just average.
Will not be returning. -

The fellow at the front ordering area is very friendly, and goes out of his way to make sure you got what you wanted, including drinks. The service has almost always been fast. which gives you a good feeling from th get go about this restaurant. I have not always been happy with their food but usually most of the others I have gone with have been. My biggest complaint is the tables which are invariably sticky. (The other is sometimes an employee, or maybe just a friend, of the staff will come in to eat and they will yell from their table to talk with the folks in the kitchen, which is in a galley type area and open to the front of the store, so that yelling goes on back and forth. I frequent it a lot and will continue to do so.

With a ton of options for Chinese takeout in the area, there's not much to say except this place is average on all fronts.

Consistently good. I usually get general tso's chicken and Singapore noodles with a few other dishes randomly. Most items are good that I've tried. Very friendly lady at the counter. Definitely a good local Chinese food takeout place.
